HKCSS Care Food artistic interpretation (2021)
"Care Food" is made with soft and easy-to-chew textures via various cooking and processing methods to meet the needs of people with dysphagia. However, "Care Food" is not exclusive to people with dysphagia. You and I may also need to eat foods that are easier to chew due to illness or dental problems.
